Launched in 2024 through a partnership with Bloomberg Philanthropies as the first-ever state-level Innovation Team, we move at startup speed to design and deliver new cross-agency initiatives that advance Governor Moore’s top priorities — starting with reducing child poverty and improving economic mobility.

We work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and civic design, partnering directly with Maryland residents to shape products, programs, and policies.

Together, we must move faster, act more boldly, and build with more ambition to create real opportunities for working families, communities, and businesses.
